There has been a great effort by some countries to ensure universal access to education. However, there are still millions of people away from teaching and millions deprived of quality education or with lack of reference material to overcome their knowledge needs.

The accessibility and the efficient distribution of quality educational resources to all citizens is a global challenge, and is the main challenge of the QINet mission.

The mission of QINet involves:

• Ensuring access to transversal information to the citizens of the world;
• Assist in reducing educational cleavages;
• Offer of viable technological platforms for the provision and distribution of educational quality content to all who need them in a simple and efficient way;
• Encourage the rapid distribution of content and information;
• Contribute not just in terms of quantity of information, but to the quality and rigor in terms of content, thus creating a digital network of qualification QINet;
• Evaluate, within the overall parameters of quality of teaching the levels of implementation and the use of benefits of the QINet system of associates and students;
• Contribute to quality global education.
